SYED ABDUL WAHAB MEHDI - Chairman

Syed Abdul Wahab Mehdi is the Chairman of IGI Finex Securities Limited. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Massachusetts, USA. Previously, he has also worked at Bayer Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, Aventis CropScience Pakistan, AgrEvo Pakistan, Hoechst Pakistan Ltd. and Roussel Uclaf Pakistan Environmental Health (Pvt.) Limited.

RAZA HUSSAIN RIZVI - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rizvi brings across over fifteen years of diversified experience in the fields of Management, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Financial / Treasury Management, Corporate Governance and Implementation of Best Practices. His background further includes achievement in implementing significant change management initiatives and business turnaround strategies during his association with prominent companies in the Financial Sector.

He has been associated with Packages Group since 2010 in various leading roles. Prior to his assignment as the Chief Executive of IGI Securities, he served as the CEO of IGI Investment Bank and earlier as Group CFO - IGI overseeing IGI Insurance, IGI Investment Bank and IGI Securities.

A Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

Mr. WAQAS MUNIR-Non Executive Director

Mr. Waqas Munir joined the Board of IGI Finex Securities Limited in April 2026. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, finance, corporate governance and compliance. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Internal Audit, across various leading business groups. His diverse experience encompasses financial management, risk and internal controls, governance, regulatory compliance and strategic oversight. .

He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of IGI Investments (Private) Limited..
